Gilroy built a collaborative and safe environment, where leaders where empowered to experiment, try out new ideas to solve challenges and exploit opportunities identified across the business

OUTCOME DELIVERED:

All the Partners have returned back to the work place armed with their new networks, learnings and skills.

The greatest aspect was the time and space to interact with others from across the organisation. It was really interesting to see that while we work in different areas, we all have a lot of shared challenges.
